Raw material selection

We work with trusted rice producers and mills, reviewing origin, grade, crop quality, and supplier reliability before confirming export orders.

Moisture and purity testing

Rice is checked for moisture, purity, broken percentage, foreign matter, grain length, color, and other key specifications required by the buyer.

Milling and grading control

Milling degree, sortex quality, grain uniformity, and appearance are monitored so each shipment matches the confirmed rice grade.

Packaging integrity checks

Bags, labels, seals, weights, stitching, palletizing, and container readiness are verified before dispatch.

Pre-shipment inspection

Before loading, we review physical quality, packaging condition, quantity, markings, and documents to reduce shipment risk.

Third-party lab testing

Independent testing or inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or other approved parties can be arranged when required by the buyer or destination market.

Depending on rice variety, destination, and buyer requirements, quality checks may cover:

  • Weight, bag count, and container loading verification
  • Packaging integrity, label accuracy, and seal condition
  • Hygiene, handling, storage, and warehouse condition checks
  • COA, Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, fumigation certificate, packing list, and Bill of Lading support
