Rice export order process

Share your rice grade, quantity, packaging, and destination. Our export team confirms the commercial terms, prepares the documentation, and coordinates shipment from Thailand.

Rice inquiry

Send your preferred rice variety, grade or broken percentage, quantity, packaging size, destination port, and target delivery schedule.

Quotation and terms

We provide a formal rice quotation with product specifications, packaging, lead time, Incoterms such as FOB or CIF, and any inspection requirements.

Confirmation and proforma invoice

Once the details are confirmed, we issue a Proforma Invoice with payment terms, bank details, shipment schedule, and agreed rice specifications.

Milling, quality control, and packaging

After payment or deposit, we prepare the rice order, complete quality checks, and pack it in retail, commercial, 50kg, jumbo, or private label bags as agreed.

Logistics and export documentation

We coordinate container loading, freight arrangements, customs paperwork, and export documents such as COA, Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, fumigation certificate, and Bill of Lading.

Delivery and reorder support

Your rice shipment is tracked through delivery, and our team remains available for documentation support, repeat scheduling, and future rice supply planning.

What to include in your inquiry

  • Rice variety or grade, such as jasmine, white, parboiled, glutinous, broken, or specialty rice
  • Target quantity in metric tons or containers
  • Preferred packaging: 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, 50kg, 1MT jumbo, bulk, or private label
  • Destination country, port, and requested Incoterm
  • Required certificates, inspection, label language, and delivery timeline
